gertrud digital is the digital assistance for assistants. Created as a joint venture between one of Europe's largest media companies and the Microsoft Partner of the Year, we are conquering the market with our SaaS products. We support companies from medium-sized businesses to DAX-listed corporations in the digitalization of their board offices. Our products are integrated with Microsoft Teams and digitize the preparation, execution and follow-up of board meetings and committee work.

Do you want to be part of the founding team?
- Assist in developing and executing manual test cases and test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
- Learn to identify, analyze, and document software defects and anomalies to support issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the testing process.
- Participate in product design and requirement review meetings to gain insights from a QA perspective.
- Contribute to regression testing efforts to ensure stability of existing functionality after introducing new features or making changes.
- Help document and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and best practices in software quality assurance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and QA methodologies to enhance skills and bring innovation to the testing process.

- At least 1 year experience as a Manual QA Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced software development environment.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
- Experience with creating clear and concise test cases and test documentation.
- Basic understanding of HTTP protocol and client-server architecture.
- Testing experience with MS services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint etc.) and ability to test software integrations with these platforms.
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and eagerness to learn about defect tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of various types of testing, including functional, exploratory, regression, usability, and integration testing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Availability for at least 5 hours a day during EU time-zone working hours.
- Certification in software testing (such as ISTQB) is a plus.
- Good level of written and conversational English; German language skills are a plus.
